Refund & Returns Policy
At Reas Essentials, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The incorrect item was delivered
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Important Notes:
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of purchase and clear images of the issue are required
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
